The 11 exercises for health

«The 11» are a selection of Chinese exercises for health introduced at the beginning of the 20th century by a Russian Doctor, Krasnoselski.
These simple and repetitive exercises prepare the student for the movements of Taï Ji Quan Taï Ji Quan Tai-chi-chuan or tai chi or taiji quan is a Chinese martial art called “internal” often reduced to health gymnastics. It may also have a spiritual dimension. Its object is the work of energy called chi. of our School; they allow us to find back a good state of the body.
They form part of the basic techniques of our teaching and are taught alternately with the form of the 24 Postures (Taï Ji Quan). They are simple and repetitive which allows the beginner to start working on his own.
